What Information We Disclose
We are permitted under law to share information about our experiences or transactions with you or your account, with companies related to us by common control or ownership (affiliates) or with non-affiliate third parties when;

  • The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you.
  • The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information-reporting agency.

We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have a joint marketing arrangement. We do not provide account, e-mail or non-public personal information to non-affiliate third parties for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing.

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

Employee access to sensitive customer information is limited to those with a business reason to have this information.

If you do not want to receive any e-mail from Community Bank other than the required transaction notification or PIN change information regarding Internet Banking, simply e-mail us or send to us a written notice that you do not want to receive e-mails from us.
